Missing or Damaged Items
If your package is missing items or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to file a claim.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Note on Packaging Damage
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if the outer packaging is damaged during transit but the item itself is fully functional, the order will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
You will need to provide us with proof of loss or a formal claim confirmation from the carrier. Claims for packages marked as delivered are not eligible after 7 days from the delivery date.
Order Modifications
If you need to modify your order (such as changing the address, quantity, or product), please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, the order may already be in the shipping process and modifications may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be processed within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, the order may already be in transit and cancellation will no longer be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
